Many parts… one body

As women we are asked to be many things to so many people in our lives. Mother, sister, daughter, business owner, employee, student, teacher, visionary, lunch packer, spouse, counselor — yet all woman.

Daughter of God, our lives have so many compartments, pieces of a whole, but all of these pieces, though they seem random, combine into a unique woman who is created in the image and likeness of God. And just when the pull of life gets overwhelming, God comes to meet us and renews us and gives us the freedom to be who we are meant to be. He collects our scattered fragments and unifies us.

So lift your hands and drop your problems at His feet. It is time to celebrate the faith that unifies and strengthens our everyday journey.
